Credit Card & Check Payments by Phone – (844) 961-2542
The Call Capture Secure pay program allows you to use an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.  You can make payments, store your information, enroll in auto pay using this secure method that meets Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.

Automatic Bank Draft
Payments will be taken out of your account automatically on the 10th of each month. If one of these days would fall on a holiday or weekend; your payment will be processed the next business day.

Check by Mail
All checks will be electronically processed.  When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer. Funds may be withdrawn from your account the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.  Checks are no longer returned to your bank but destroyed on-site.

Drop Box
If you receive a disconnect notice and are nearing the shut-off day, when you place your payment in the box, please call and inform us of this payment.  A simple phone call may avoid interruption of service and additional fees.

Stromsburg Drop Box
Payments are collected every business day.

Remote Drop Boxes (Shelby, Osceola, Silver Creek, and Clarks)
Payments are collected from the boxes on Tuesday mornings and on the 10th of the month.

Dropbox centers are located at the following locations:

  • Stromsburg – 115 W 3rd Street
  • Clarks – 106 East Amity Street
  • Osceola – 441 N State Street
  • Shelby – 245 Walnut Street
  • Silver Creek – 221 Vine Street

Do not put cash in any of our Dropboxes.
