Understanding Your Bill

Electric bills include important data and information. Please see the examples of typical residential billing, along with explanations of the charges, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

These statements indicate important information about billing and payment and contain valuable information you can give district employees when reporting an outage or trouble at your service.  Your name, account, meter number, and legal description are very important to us when you contact the office to report any trouble or general business transactions.

and one for a customer in a rural area.
